He is on the board of the Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee and is an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Arch is a graduate of Auburn University and continues to oversee and manage the residential construction operations for the company.\n\n \n\n \n\nWhat is Construction Management?\n\nConstruction Management is a concentration in the Engineering Technology Management (ETM) undergraduate program at UTC. The purpose of the concentration is to provide a comprehensive and quality learning environment with scholarly and service activities to prepare students as professionals in construction that have the responsibility of planning\, scheduling\, and building projects. It is intended as advanced preparation for the engineering technologist to serve a leadership role in a construction related field.
