Safety experts are estimating that starting September 16\, 2011\n    OSHA will start assessing fines of between $3\,000 and $7\,000 or\n    more for first time offenders. We are not trying to scare you we are trying to make you aware Be prepared\, get trained and start complying. \n    The Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee is offering train-\n    ing on Thursday\, August 11\, 2011 at the HBAST office\, 3221 Harrison\n    Pike\, Chattanooga\, TN 37406. Advance Registration and prepayment is required. Check in is at 8:15am. The class starts promptly at 8:30am and will take approximately 3 hrs This class is recommended for EVERYONE who works above 6 feet including framers\, roofers\, plumbers\, electricians\, gutter installers\, etc.
