HBAGC General Membership Meeting August 12, 2025

Dr. Justin Robertson is the Superintendent of Hamilton County Schools. He’s been in this role since 2022 and has brought over two decades of experience in education, having served as a teacher, principal, and district leader before stepping into his current position.
 
Dr. Robertson is passionate about connecting students with real-world opportunities and preparing them for success beyond high school—whether that’s in college, the workforce, or the trades. Under his leadership, the district launched a strategic plan called Opportunity 2030, with a strong focus on career readiness and community partnerships.
 
We’re excited to hear from him about the future of education in Hamilton County and how the building and construction industry can play a key role in that vision.


The Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga is pleased to welcome Matthew Trollinger as our new Executive Officer.

Matthew brings a strong background in leadership, advocacy, and management, and we are excited about the energy and vision he brings to HBAGC. His passion for supporting the home building industry and commitment to member engagement will be a great asset as we continue to grow and serve our community.
